Description
Lunch / Dinner menu:
– a first course of local warm cow cheese with candied fig
– traditional main dish with meat and fresh salad
– shot of local spirit, a glass of wine and plain water
– bread
– seasonal desert
– homemade liqueur digestive
The menu is the same for all guests at a given date. The main dish is offered by the household based on the seasonal availability of the food and the local traditional specialties.
